Meeting Minutes
The meeting was called to order at 12:15PM by Sgt at Arms Ferdonya Henderson. The Pledge of Allegiance followed. Sgt @ Arms Henderson in the absence of our President Rhonda Walthall turned the meeting over to Matt Greenbergs.

Matt Greenbergs introduced the Toastmaster of the day Jose De La Torre.
Jose De La Torre spoke on the Theme for this meeting: Leonardo da Vinci and the Word of the Week: “Philomath” (Fl luh math) – One who loves learning!
Jose shared that his brother collects da Vinci memorabilia and it was interesting to learn that not only was da Vinci a Painter he was also an Inventor.
Once all Functions on the Agenda were covered Self Introductions followed. Everyone including our two Guest, Virginia (GiGi) Abrogina and Stephanie Love-Payne used the Word of the Week, Philomath.
Our Guest wanted to know about the Evaluation Form in which Jim Tucker, Don Wiggins and Ferdonya Henderson gave an explanation.
The Education Moment given by Ferdonya Henderson was on the using the Lectern or not using the Lectern.
Speaker Jim Tucker spoke on “Trust the Failure”. As usual Job Well Done!
Jose gave an explanation of Table Topics, advised the Guest they could participate and then turned control over to Table Topics Master Matt Greenbergs.
Matt Greenbergs gave additional explanation and called on the following.
Hannah Zhao: Do you have a favorite word? What is your favorite word? Hannah - “Determine”
GiGi: In the Movie the Da Vinci Code, da Vinci had a primary message. What was the Primary Message? Gigi has not seen the da Vinci Code. Matt let her know she could talk on a movie that she has seen. Gigi spoke on “Note Book” A couple with Alzheimer’s and how they were committed to each other.
Stephanie Love-Payne: Based along the idea of Philomath, what is the best lesson you have learned?
Lessons learned are about Love & Patience.
Control was turned over to General Evaluator Don Wiggins.
Hannah Zhao evaluated Jim Tucker – Job Well Done
Matt Greenbergs gave the Grammarian/Ah Counter Report – Fewer Ahs or Filler Words
