he meeting was called at 12:05 p.m., and was attended by 11 members and three guests: Rhonda Walthall, Ferdonya Henderson, Tania Fragomeno, Brenda Gettig, Jim Tucker, Doug Goodman, Matt Greenbergs, Jesse Wong, Jennifer Ebner, Jose de la Torre, and Hannah Zhao.
12:05: Sergeant at Arms-Ferdonya Henderson called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
12:06: President Rhonda Walthall opened the meeting and welcomed everyone. Rhonda introduced Toastmaster Jim Tucker.
12:06: Toastmaster introduced the week’s theme and WOW.

WOW: Feat
Toastmaster welcomed members and guests and asked for self-introductions of those present.
12:15: The Educational Moment was presented by Jim Tucker.
12:21: Toastmaster introduced the day’s speaker.

12:30: Toastmaster introduced Table Topics Master Matt Greenbergs. Matt called upon Jose de la Torre, Jennifer Ebner and Doug Goodman.
12:38: Toastmaster introduced the day’s General Evaluator, Jesse Wong. Jesse introduced her team of evaluators:
Hannah Zhao evaluated speaker Brenda Gettig.
Rhonda Walthall was Grammarian/Ah counter.
Tania Fragomeno was Timer.
Ferdonya Henderson evaluated Rhonda Walthall for Leadership Evaluation.
12:47: Toastmaster announced best of awards:
Best Speaker: Brenda Gettig.
Best Evaluator: Ferdonya Henderson.
Best Table Topics Speaker: Jennifer Ebner
12:55: Madame President announced the next officer’s training will be Jan. 27, and there will be new postings to the website. Madame president adjourned the meeting.
