Meeting Minutes for Oct 25, 2006

The meeting was called at 12:0, and was attended by twelve members, including: Juan Estrada, Doug Goodman, Jose De la Torre, Darcy Konold, Joe Stewart, Fabio Bottalico, Jennifer Ebner, Jesse Wang, Brenda Getting, Ferdonya Henderson, Jim Tucker, and Hannah Zhao.

12:03 Sergeant at Arms Jose De la Torre called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

12:05 Jose introduced President Darcy Konold.
Darcy Konold welcomed members, guests, and introduced Toastmaster Ferdonya Henderson. Toastmaster introduced the theme and led self introductions.

12:16 Toastmaster introduced Jose De la Torre for an Educational Moment.

12:21 Toastmaster filled open positions and introduced the day’s speaker.

12:25 Toastmaster introduced Table Topics Master, Darcy Konold.
Olympic Games-Participants: Jim, Doug, and Joe.

12:40 Toastmaster introduced the day’s General Evaluator, Brenda Gettig.
Brenda introduced her team of evaluators.
Ø Joe evaluated Hannah.
Ø Jennifer was the Grammarian.
Ø Jesse was the Timer.

12:46 Toastmaster announced best of awards.
Ø Best Speaker: Hannah
Ø Best Evaluator: Joe.
Ø Best Table Topics: Doug.

12:54 Toastmaster welcomed back President Darcy Konold. Darcy made club announcements and adjourned the meeting.
