Meeting Minutes for July 19, 2006

The meeting was called at 12:05, and was attended by fifteen members, including: Juan Estrada, Brenda Getting, Darcy Konold, Rhonda Walthall, Alfred Balagtas, Fabio Bottalico, Hannah Zhao, Doug Goodman, Joe Stewart, Don Wiggins, Matt Greensbergs, Jose de la Torre, Rajeev Shah, Rob Cross, and Jesse Wang.

12:05 Jose de la Torre called the meeting to order and led the pledge allegiance.

12:07 President Darcy Konold introduced Hannah Zhao, Toastmaster of the day.

12:08 Hannah greeted the audience and introduced the theme of the day,
My Favorite Book and WOW- Compendium- A summary or abstract containing the essential information in a brief form; concise but comprehensive treatise. Ex. Please provide a compendium of your favorite book.
12:10 Hannah ask for self-introductions.

12:18 Hannah introduced Joe Stewart for his educational moment.

12:20 Hannah introduced the first speaker Rhonda Walthall to present her book report,
