Minutes
The meeting was called at 12:07, and was attended by twenty Two members, guests and new guests, including: Matt Greenbergs, Jose de la Torre, Doug Goodman, Jim Tucker, Stephen Jaworski, Joe Stewart, Jesse Wang, Darcy Konold, Fabio Bottalico, Jennifer Ebner, Jose Mascorro, Bach Phan, Norma Toothman, Tania Fragomeno, Julie Casey, Natalie Williams, Michelle Roth, Alfred Balagtas, Madir Cuddy, Rhonda Walthall, and Jimmy Webb.
12:06 Alfred led the pledge of allegiance.
12:07 Alfred greeted the audience and welcomed the President, Darcy Konold.
12:08 Darcy welcomed the Judge for the Day, Rhonda Walthall.
12:09 Rhonda introduced the theme of the day ("Identity Theft",) and WOW. ("Doppelganger - An evil twin or double; an identical replica; of a person with opposite characteristics. Rhonda invited the audience to introduce themselves using the them of the day and WOW, which were well used during the introductions.
12:15 The Judge welcomed Fabio the Bailiff and Timer.
12:16 Fabio had the audience swear and assisted the Judge.
12:18 The Judge, Rhonda, invited to the lectern the Prosecutor, Jim Tucker, for his opening statement.
12:20 The Judge, Rhonda, invited to the lectern the defense attorney, Stephen Jaworski, for his opening statement.
12:22 The prosecutor, Jim call the victim, Doug Goodman.
12:26 Defense attorney examined the victim, Doug.
12:28 Jim Called Darcy, 1st witness.
12:34 Stephen examined Darcy.
12:38 Jim Called Matt, 2nd witness.
12:40 Stephen examined Matt.
12:42 Judge takes the lectern as the Prosecution rests.
12:43 Rhonda welcomed the defense attorney, Stephen.
12:43 Stephen called his 1st witness, Julie.
12:45 The prosecutor examined defense's witness.
12:47 Stephen called Jose, 2nd witness.
12:49 The prosecutor examined defense's witness, Jose.
12:51 Stephen called Joe, 3rd witness.
12:56 The prosecutor examined victim, Joe.
12:58 Prosecutor, Jim, final closing statement.
12:58 Defense attorney, Stephen, final closing statement.
13:04 Verdict by Jennifer, Joe, victim, is not guilty.
13:05 Judge, Rhonda, adjourned the trial.

Minutes
The meeting was called at 12:10, and was attended by thirteen members, guests, including: Jose de la Torre, Doug Goodman, Rhonda Walthall, Molly Frisbie, Jim Tucker, Stephen Jaworski, Jesse Wang, Fabio Bottalico, Rob Cross, Bach Phan, Jennifer, Julie and Hannah
12:11 Stephen Jaworski led the pledge of allegiance.
12:12 Stephen greeted the audience and welcomed VP of Education Rhonda Walthall.
12:13 Rhonda introduced the Toastmaster of the Day, Jose de la Torre.
12:15 The Toastmaster introduced the theme of the day ("Titanic",) and WOW. ("Abyss - A bottomless gulf; any vast depth; a great moral or intellectual depth. Jose invited the audience to introduce themselves using the them of the day and WOW, which were well used during the introductions.
12:29 Toastmaster introduced the first scheduled speaker, Molly Frisbie. Molly speech was ATMB-1 from the Special Occasion Manual, and the topic "toasting at her parents wedding."
12:36 Toastmaster welcomed to the lectern Rob Cross with the Educational Moment.
12:43 Toastmaster introduced the Table of Topics Master, Doug Goodman. Doug invited several members to share their thoughts and reactions about a particular word.
12:45 Jose welcome to the lectern Rhonda. Rhonda explained how the mock trail works.
12:50 Toastmaster introduced the General Evaluator, Rhonda Walthall.
12:50 Rhonda called her team of evaluators:
Stephen Jaworski evaluated Molly.
Rhonda (again) was was the Grammarian.
Jesse did the Timer's report.
12:56 Toastmaster announced that Best Speaker is Molly, and Best Evaluator Stephen.
12:57 Toastmaster announced: Mock Trail Wednesday, April 19, 2006.
